Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Magnificent bag, it is spacious, incredibly large for classes.
It arrived shortly after 2 weeks, but the color, shape, finishes, and accessories, as well as the inner bag that attaches and the charm hanging from the bag, are very similar to those from Zara.
The bag is really beautiful, the black color is elegant and it looks nice once worn. Upon opening the package, I admit that I had a little doubt: it was a bit wrinkled and there was a rather strong smell. But after letting it air out and regain its shape, honestly it's great, looks like a much more expensive bag. However... the delivery was extremely long, much longer than I expected. Honestly, it bothered me a bit to wait so long, I was even afraid I wouldn't receive it. But in the end, when I finally had it in my hands, I thought it was still worth the wait. So yes, delivery is the real downside, but once received, it's actually okay. I'm happy with my purchase! However, it is similar to Zara but not the same.

Exactly the same as the Zara one (I removed the little thing in front) very spacious and large! Perfect for 24x32 notebooks and a laptop etc (delivery very very slow).
