A very beautiful matte lip pencil. The pencil is retractable and does not need to be sharpened. It applies very well to the lips and does not smudge. Extremely strange. i ordered this together with a couple more items for a total of $8.89. turns out i still have to pay more to receive the package in my country? first time this has happened after years buying from aliexpress. the package says there might be 7% vat, but the amount i had to pay was 12.8% of the total value.
