How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Olamama Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This ice peach, 03 lipstick is lovely, love the glossy look and it really fewl cool on the lips for some minutes after application. Definitely recommend and will be coming back when i run out or when buying gifts for loved ones.

Cool lip balm with a glossy shine and it's long-lasting!! Formula 03 reminds me of the Catrice lip balms in black tubes that were discontinued. I have a lot of lip and mascara products from O.two o, all with super formulas, modern, long-lasting, and comfortable cosmetics that are much better than regular mass-market products.
Very nice but not very colorful. It looks like a gloss. It has a very pleasant fruity scent and gives a refreshing effect on the lips when applied. The color f01 is a nude more towards brown/orange, and f02 is a more pinkish nude. It was delivered quickly and the packaging was beautiful.
Moisturizes, has a subtle sheen, not as strong a shine as on the cards, and the color seems warmer in real life. It feels a bit wrinkled. The case is good, great value for the money. And most importantly, it's not sticky; for the money, it's top-notch.
I liked the shade and especially the cooling effect, and that it's not sticky. I also got one shade lighter; it will have a nice cooling effect for the summer.

Soft lipstick, lasts quite a long time, moisturizes the lips
A great lipstick, pleasant texture, cools the lips, but not in a bad way, as some reviews say. Surprisingly, the color is more similar to the photo, nice, and similar to my favorite lipsticks from Kiko. I will order more in other colors. Delivery took 2 weeks.

It doesn't moisturize very well, but it's comfortable. Truly transfer-proof. The color is slightly different, more of a neutral red.
It feels pleasant on the lips, cools for the first minute and makes the lips slightly drier, but not for long. The color didn't suit me; it's more suitable for fair skin tones and freckles, but overall it has a nice shimmer effect. I recommend it.
The presentation is very nice, I like that it's screw-on because that way it doesn't open in the bag. The color is BEAUTIFUL. If you look at the last photo, it left my hand a little tinted, so even though it fades, it still looks nice. It gives a bit of freshness, not irritating at all, it's not uncomfortable or itchy, it's pleasant. The scent is very rich. I really like it for daily use and taking it everywhere.

In the swatches from top to bottom the shades are f01, f03, f02, f06. The shade f01 is a lovely beige brown that leans on the warmer side. I think this shade is the closest to the advertised picture amongst all 4. (it's less orange than in the pic) this kind of color will go well with brighter eyeshadow looks, or just calm brown looks for autumn! For the formula refer to my other review on the shade f03.
Have to say it was much better than what i expected. Pretty colour. But not stay long after drinking or eating. Overall if is worth to buy. I will order more if new colour introduced
